About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Blues On Tour uses cookies and similar browser storage on https://bluesontour.co.uk. Where a legal or business name is required, the organisation is Travelzone.
What cookies and browser storage are Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies, including local storage and session storage, can also store information in your browser. UK rules apply to both cookies and similar storage technologies.
Authentication and account security The website uses Better Auth session cookies, normally named __Secure-better-auth.session_token on the live HTTPS site, to keep signed-in users authenticated. The session cookie can last for up to seven days unless the user signs out sooner. Better Auth may also use short-lived state or OAuth cookies during sign-in, registration, password recovery or account-linking flows to protect those requests and return the user to the correct page. These cookies are used for account security and authentication.
Google sign-in When Google sign-in or account linking is used, the website sets bot_google_oauth_intent for approximately five minutes. It binds the Google authentication attempt to the organisation website, the requested authentication flow and the permitted return path. It is HTTP-only and is used to prevent an authentication request being replayed or completed on the wrong organisation site.
Support chat
When you select Get Support, the website loads the support service to provide the support feature you requested. Chatwoot may then set cw_conversation so an existing support conversation can continue across pages or later visits. For an identified signed-in member, Chatwoot may also set a cookie named cw_user_{identifier} to cache the contact identity used for the support conversation. These values are used only for support conversation continuity and are not advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.
Theme preference If you choose light or dark mode, the website stores awayfancoaches-theme in browser local storage so that your chosen appearance can be restored on later visits. This is a local preference and is not used to track activity across websites.
Dashboard feedback
Dashboard pages may use tenant:dashboard-notification in browser session storage to preserve a success or error message across a redirect. Session storage is limited to the current browser tab or session and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Analytics and advertising
The platform does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural advertising cookies on organisation websites. If analytics, advertising or another non-essential storage technology is introduced later, this policy and any consent controls will be updated before that technology is enabled.
Managing storage You can remove cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting authentication or security cookies can prevent account, booking, organiser or other signed-in features from working correctly. Removing support-chat storage may cause the support service to start a new conversation instead of continuing an existing one.
Changes to this policy The platform may update this technical policy when the website software or its storage technologies change. The current published version and its effective date are shown on this page.
